Hmm....only very serious stuff here.

But seriously, we think this is really very simple.

1. You find something you're looking for

2. You place your order with us

3. We receive your order and post out your item(s). In the event that we don't have something we need in stock, we will contact you to let you know. We will tell you how long you how much longer you may need to wait or see if we have something else you would like. If you accept then we will move forward as discussed. If you don't accept then we will issue you a full refund.

4. You should receive your order in the time frames stated on our Postage Information pages. But we would hope that we have your understanding that these postage times are a guide and that there is a chance that actual postage times may be slightly longer...or less perhaps. If you have not received your order, we expect that you'd let us know in a timely fashion so that we can sort something out for you.

At the end of the day we, like you are reasonable people who, like you, deal with companies all the time. We promise to treat you the way that we would expect to be treated ourselves.
